Why Institute for Peace and Progress - IPP

Wars leave permanent and deep scars which are carried onto the later generations, thereby making communities become islands of hate. If the violence is erupting from within, peace building should also emanate from within a community.

It is here that IPP made up of individuals who understand the dynamics of conflicts seek to play a crucial role in providing resources for building bridges and closing barriers. It is IPP’s conviction that for any development to happen, peace should be considered first.
