ENGR. MRS. ADAMS S. MADINA

BOARD MEMBER

Engr. Mrs. Adams S. Madina is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with extensive expertise in Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment. She holds an MSc. in Environmental Science from Kwame Nkurumah University Science and Technology, a Diploma in Safety Health and Environment from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a BSc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Regional Maritime University.  She trains staff and third party clients in control operations and occupational safety, health, environment and has educated over 1,000 individuals both locally and in the sub-region. She also trains third parties on Energy Commission’s certified electrical wiring professionals in the domestic and commercial classifications.

She is a member of several professional organizations and actively participates in various committees at Institution of Engineering and Technology – Ghana and the Engineering Council of Ghana. Currently, Deputy Financial Secretary for Association of Muslim Engineers, she serves as the National Organizer for Ghana Institute of Safety and Environmental Professionals, Vice Chair lady for the Women in Engineering Institution of Engineering and Technology- Ghana and ECG WinE and  Treasurer for the IEEE Ghana Section. She’s committed to safety and technological advancement, she also enjoys mentoring and has mentored several young girls and boys, reading, listening to Quranic recitations, and  adventures.
