Sheikh Mohammed Mahey Yahaya Amin is a Ghanaian business man and a distinguished Islamic scholar.  He began his studies under the tutelage of the National Chief Imam of the Republic of Ghana Sheik Alhaji Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, who also doubled as his grandfather. Mohamed Mahey then further his education under supervision of his father the esteemed Grand Khalifa Sheikh Yahaya Amin, considered being one of the foremost experts in Islamic Law and Jurisprudence in Africa.

Sheikh Mohamed Mahey’s first teaching assignment after completing his studies was at the Ansarudeen Islamic School where he then began to exhibit the versatility and breadth of knowledge that has become his trademark. He is a motivational speaker who has delivered sermons and speeches across the globe. 

Sheikh Mohamed Mahey is the President and CEO of the Miyaz Group of Companies, an international business group with partners all over the world. He is also the International Coordinator of the Islamic Foundation for Peace and Development (IFPAD), an International Islamic NGO that spearheads education, civic activism and development projects in the Muslim communities.

He continues to be a role model, mentor, and life coach to the youth by engaging them and drawing out their innate potential.
